Les Petits Explorateurs is a bilingual French preschool, with no French background required. I'm an experience dual immersion teacher and an experienced preschool teacher. I offer a full day option to help with that jump to full-day kindergarten or to supplement any homeschooling kindergarteners.

Through play and hands-on experiences, we practice letter sounds along with each unit. We sing in English and French, and incorporate poems/rhymes.

Each month, I send home QR codes that links to French audio (books, songs, vocab) that we listen to during the month, so you can reinforce at home if you so choose.

We also have some mini manners lessons with role play, to practice social language in English and French.

And of course, we have lots of fun! Last month, we had a teddy bear picnic and acted out "Boucle d'or" (Goldilocks and the Three Bears). We got hands-on with various water experiments, drew our favorite community helper, addressed envelopes and then sent that drawing in the mail via our helpful post office workers.
