Everything is in great condition and working properly. We just weren’t using it that much. My husband added wood to the bed, so it would fit a queen size mattress instead of a full. We just ordered a brand new mattress for it, knowing nobody would want to sleep on a used mattress. We also just replaced the batteries so it will have brand new batteries for the next user. This has been a great little trailer and easy to tow, approximately 20 feet long and 3000 pounds The awning is in good condition and works great also. We will be going out of town for a few weeks after Easter so if you want to come see it come see it this week.
