Just built this. Will probably be a fun machine once tuned right. Most parts are new. The engine was not new but running good before. I removed the governor and changed the flywheel to an aluminum one, new coil and plug, new Nibbi carb 18 pound valve springs. And now I can’t get it to run right. It will start but the.
