This reel is new in box and has never been mounted, spooled, or fished. I carefully pulled it out only to take the photos, then returned it to the box.
The Litespeed series is known for being lightweight, incredibly smooth, and built for serious fishing—a premium reel that looks as good as it performs. The Whiskey finish is especially sharp in person.

Litespeed F is the freshwater version of the new Litespeed. The Litespeed F chassis features a fully CNC machined frame and spool for durability and a lasting finish. The reels are designed to maximize the strength-to-weight ratio. They are incredibly lightweight and maximize line pickup. The spool and frame are super-arbor in scale for high retrieve but spare and open to promote line drying and, of course, reduce weight. The core of our fly reel's performance is retrieval rate per ounce. A measure of how efficiently a reel picks up line relative to its weight.
The drag is based on the conical system found in our other reels with the addition of a click-stop drag knob and a unique spring set that creates a linear progression of torque with very fine resolution at the light end of its range. We use a proprietary sealed, conical drag that offers a wide range of drag settings with plenty of stopping power on the high end. This sealed drag can be used in fresh or saltwater and helps keep water and debris out.
