The Mirage LT series is Orvis’s lightweight premium reel platform, designed to balance beautifully on lighter freshwater rods while still giving you a fully sealed, maintenance-free carbon and stainless disc drag. Orvis describes the Mirage LT as 30% lighter and 30% narrower than the standard Mirage, with zero start-up inertia, precise low-end control for protecting light tippets, and drag adjustment from zero to full in a single rotation. It is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with Type II anodizing and a titanium shaft.
