Mattress has no sagging or stains and was never used by children or without a waterproof mattress protector. Honestly the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. I got it when I was sharing an apartment and had a small room. Now I'm married and don't have a use for it anymore.
Bedframe is sturdy - doesn't move or make noise, and easy to disassemble with no screws required. The 18" clearance leaves a lot of space for storage under the bed. Does not come with a headboard.
