It's in used, but good physical condition, however the ballast/control box will not power up at all. Because of this, we are selling this kit as-is for parts/repair. It comes in the custom case. The case does have some cosmetic damage with a bit of tearing in the outer fabric on one corner, and some plastic broken off the side of the handle on the bottom. We'll show everything in the photos.
