I work for a local non- profit. We help out people in recovery from addiction or mental health issues with instruments. We give them something else keep them occupied and to keep their mind focused on. We work 100% on donations and none of us get paid for anything we do. So far we've given out over 250 instruments. And we're desperately looking for a bass guitar or even just a neck. Fender scale four string we have the guy that we're helping out and the instrument he has has a bad neck on it. If you got a bass laying around or just the neck that we could swap, please let me know. We are also in dire need of full size acoustic guitars . We have people waiting for them but they're not coming in fast enough. We can come and pick it up and also your donation would be a tax write-off for you. We also accept donations of most string instruments, keyboards, guitars, violins, drums, not huge on woodwind and brass but we actually team up with an affiliate that does need woodwind and brass.
