This is a nice condition Jayco trailer. It is 28 feet per specs (believe box is 26) and weight is listed at 4810. Nice and easy pull for many vehicles!

We’ve owned it for around 10 years and are the 2nd owners. For most of our ownership it’s been under an awning on our mountain property.

It has a queen in the bedroom, a couch that will turn into a bed, a dining table that goes into a bed, and a coveted triple bunk.

It’s a true all-season trailer. The bottom is completely sealed and we have never had any mice, my wife wouldn’t sleep in it if it had. It hardly even gets bugs.

When we got the trailer it had some water damage. No structural issues but you can tell on parts of the wallpaper. The prior owner had new rubber matting on the roof and then it sealed. We haven’t had issues since. We took the roof down to the rubber last year, primed (rv primer is thick like pine gum), and sealed. Ran rv tape and caulk along the seams as well. The awning wasn’t ever used due to the awning so it sort of just dry rotted away.

It will need: Tires, Batteries, awning (if you choose).

It’s pretty face value. For the year, you will be impressed with the interior. We are looking to go to a toy hauler.
