Excellent 8K receiver. Just a few years old. Spotless condition and flawless function. Supports HDMI 2.1, HDR 10, Atmos, and Dolby Vision. Makes an excellent anchor for a fine home theater.
Includes original box and packing materials, remote, and all paper manuals. You can still download the online documentation from Sony’s site.
Sony is actually still selling this receiver. I see their cost now is $1050. Check the Sony site for specifications and a nice description of features.
My AI tells me prices on eBay range to about $775 (plus shipping, I believe).
This receiver is fully functional and recently tested with two active subwoofers and a full surround setup. Powers fronts, surrounds, and subs normally in Atmos/Surround modes; all channels and HDMI inputs work as expected. I’m retiring this unit only because I’m upgrading to a newer AVR. No sub‑out issues with proper cabling and compatible subs.
I’m also selling a Samsung television and a Definitive subwoofer that have matched this receiver very nicely. Check out my other ads here on KSL. If you buy all three units, or even just two, I can give you a small discount. Just add speakers, and you’ll have a fine home theater. (I’m keeping my KEF’s. Drop me a line and I’ll recommend the models.)
