In excellent condition. Two modifications were made that I found beneficial:

1. Removed the golpeador (tap plate) when the guitar was new, as I do not play Flamenco-style and wanted a responsive fingerstyle guitar. I found it improved the sound for my style of playing.

2. Made a sound port for increasing the presence and bass response for the enjoyment of the player.
