Selling due to change in vehicles. It comes with all working parts and all security accessories. When we had it on the Tucson, there was no wobble due to the threaded bolt included. Levers and wheel straps work perfectly and one lever drops it down lower for trunk access. It also has the additional bike feature to add more racks.

I thought it worthy of noting that when it’s folded up against the car, it was flush enough for me to pull into my one car garage without having to take it off. I have a different hitch rack now that doesn’t allow that so just another reason I will be missing this one.
