Includes full-sized couch, love seat, chair, ottoman. Set is about 10 years old and has normal wear for its age. There is cosmetic wear on the top back edge of the cushions where the surface leather has worn - no holes or tears. This wear is not visible when the furniture is against a wall, but would be noticeable if placed in the middle of a room. Structurally solid, comfortable, and still has plenty of life left. Great for a a family room, basement, rental, or anyone looking for real leather at a low price. Priced at $350 for the entire set - priced to move quickly. Not interested in separating at this time.
