These lazyboy couches are a year old, they are in excellent condition. We have a medium size poodle in our home, but he's not allowed on the couches. They have electric recliners on both sides of the couches and both loveseat positions recline as well. They're so comfortable and plush. We love them but need more seating because we've started hosting 11-12 people a week.
