All equipment is in good condition and has been used under patio covers; out of severe weather. Each chair has springs allowing it to rock and to rotate for comfort. Chair and table legs have standard glide fittings to protect surfaces and the chairs and table. Dining table has rings which will support an umbrella pole for temporary shade.

The set is now more than we need but will be excellent for a family. Pick up locally.
