ApplePayThis handmade knife is just $165. It has a thick spine, a beefy handle, and heavy skandi grind. The metal is a rasp used by farriers to shoe horses. The rasp is a high carbon steel that creates a really hard edge while still being easy to sharpen. The finish is called brute de forge where the black scale and rustic appearance from the forge and quenching process remains on the blade. I then wire brush the metal for its final finish. This leaves a unique and rustic appearance to each blade. The handle is made of Mahogany wood. It is hardwood that is both beautiful and durable. The sheath is made in Springville, UT by Travis Oakey at Western Trade. The sheath is a tan and brown in color and is made from high quality full grain leather, and is custom fit for this knife so it keeps it secure. This upgraded sheath is hand tooled and stitched. I am willing to engrave anything you want (such as your name or an important date) on the spine of the handle for free. Pickup is in Springville, UT. I am able to ship to the lower 48 for an additional $10.
