We take thoughtful care to raise our animals on grass only and we are a true farm to plate operation, owning the mothers and bulls, breeding ourselves, and raising the calves to maturity the slow, right way – on grass only.
Dexters have become one of the most sought-after breeds in chef circles. They are known for producing deep rich flavorful meat that is well marbled with more omegas than any other breed.
