Built for our son to hang out in. Completely enclosed has sheet rock insulation and wiring. Has a loft built in to sleep in. Has plugs in each wall and two ceiling lights. Has a TV mounted inside with TV wiring throughout. Can be heated or cooled. The only thing not completed is the aluminum soffit. I was told to stop spending money on it. Son is now 16 and wants to purchase a car with the proceeds of selling it. We’re basing the cost off of purchasing a new shed from Home Depot or tough shed. This can easily be used as a man cave she shed or even a very lucky kids hang out home. New owner must provide transportation to its new home.
