Rusty is a 4-year-old half draft gelding with a great mind and an easygoing, gentle disposition. He stands 16.2 hands and is a big, solid-built horse that’s been exposed to a wide variety of experiences.

He’s been ridden extensively by my kids and has proven to be very safe and dependable. Rusty has been used in the mountains gathering cattle and has also been on multiple pack trips, handling the terrain and workload well.

In addition, he has arena experience and has been roped off of. He’s been used to rope the dummy, sled, and calves in the corral. He stays calm and willing, making him a great candidate for someone looking for a versatile, family-friendly horse.

Rusty has that “dog gentle” personality that makes him easy to be around and enjoyable to ride. He’s the kind that will make someone a really nice, dependable horse.
