Everything on the inside works!

I have the title in hand.

The outside running lights for towing do not work. They have sets on amazon for about $150 and do it yourself. If you went to a dealership or a RV store it would be well over $800.

There is some water damage. See photos.

Curtains are old but you can easily replace them with whatever color you'd like.

Cushions need to be replaced as they have wear and tear to them. Easy fix. $20 cushions foam (each) at home Depot and then you can staple whatever color and whatever type of fabric you'd like for them to have.
