Excellent condition, with everything working perfectly. 2 slide outs. 2 Oversized bunks, long table bed, jack knife sofa, queen bed in the bedroom, sleeps 10 comfortably. Upright, roomy shower inside, as well as an outdoor shower. 1 wardrobe on the side of the queen bed, as well as a nice big slide out wardrobe. 1 wardrobe in the bunk area as well. The Electric awning is in perfect condition. Also comes with a touchscreen remote that controls the awning, outdoor awning light, and both slide outs!! Auto leveling jack system makes set up and take down a breeze. Outdoor kitchen that has a 2 burner stove and sink – never used! Also space for a mini fridge. All five tires are new with recently serviced hubs. Cold AC unit with vents throughout the entire trailer, or you can flip a switch for concentrated cool air in the main area. Nice warm heater that warms up FAST. Kitchen faucet pulls out to make for easy dish dishwashing. Water heater heats up super fast and is gas or electric. Big 40 gallon fresh water tank. 1 black tank, 2 gray tanks. HUGE pass-through storage. HUGE rear storage. Actually, more storage room than we knew what to do with!
