ApplePayGwendolyn is a 4-year-old corgi with a big personality packed into a small, adorable body. She’s full of energy, loves to play, and has no shortage of affection to give—whether it’s cuddles on the couch or following you around as your loyal little shadow.
Gwen thrives on attention, activity, and routine. She loves going on walks and gets excited to explore, though she could benefit from some continued training with heeling to help her be her best on leash. She would do best in a home that can provide consistent structure, ongoing training, and plenty of engagement to match her energetic nature. She’s incredibly loving with her people and forms strong bonds, making her a wonderful companion for the right fit.
She is potty trained, spayed, up to date on all vaccines, and recently had her teeth professionally cleaned. She has no known health issues.
That said, Gwen does have some behavioral challenges that need to be considered. She struggles with resource guarding, particularly around food and the people she is most bonded to. Because of this, she would likely do best as the only dog in the home or with a calm, well-balanced dog that does not exhibit similar behaviors. A home without babies or young children is strongly recommended.
Gwendolyn has so much love to give and will truly shine in a home that can offer patience, consistency, and understanding. This decision hasn’t been easy, but with a growing family, we’re no longer able to give her the time and structure she needs to thrive.
