This table is heavy. It will need two sturdy men to move it. 70 in x 44 in, plus 2 leaves - 20 in. each. Expanded length 110 in. It has 8 chairs; 2 are arm chairs, 2 are ugly stepsisters (need seats redone), but you will be expected to take those also. All should be re-upholstered.
