This 2017 Jayco Model 27BHS is ready to go camping!!! We purchased this trailer brand new. It’s a great family camper equipped with a queen bed, bunks, a pull out sofa and fold down table, sleeping 7-10 depending on the size of your children. It has a 16’ power slide out, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, power jacks and power awning. There’s great entertainment as well with a 43” flat screen, DVD player, stereo with Blue Tooth and outdoor LED lighting. The linoleum floor coverings provide for easy cleaning.

The overall length from the rear bumper to the hitch is about 31 1/2 feet and has a dry weight of about 6600 pounds. The fresh water capacity is 76 gallons, with the gray and black water tanks each holding 39 gallons. Two 30# propane tanks are included. Also, the two batteries are brand new. The trailer also features ample under bed storage. Lastl Lastly, included is a Reese Tow Power weight distribution hitch with active sway control.

This trailer has seen minimal use and is in good to very good overall condition. There is one major blemish on the left hand side (see pic) and a few bumps and scratches which happen from use. Also, the awning is showing normal signs of age as well.

The reason we’re selling this trailer is that we have a boat and can’t pull doubles with this trailer so fuel costs make it prohibitive to take two vehicles when we want to.
