The company is out of business but there are parts and help available at Quilting Board, Victorian Sweatshop, Youtube and there is a Facebook Group for owners of these. This machine is in working condition. Includes the cord with the foot pedal and a box of parts along with the owners manual and a VHS tape, which is online as well. My wife inherited this machine after her Mother's demise. Some of the parts are for other sewing machines, we simply have what we were given. Please text. Come pick it up in East Layton.
