We are the single owner of this fifth wheel and have loved it. Jst don’t use it as much as we used to. Length is 30’5”x8’, weight is 7954lb. It is equipped with Several options, 13,500 BTU central ducted AC, furnace 30-50,000 BTU, microwave oven, refrigerator 5-7cu ft, 6 gallon gas/electric water heater, 2 flat screen tv’s, CD&DVD player that plays thru the speakers, electric rear leveling, front power jacks, luggage rack that flips up when not in use, skylight in shower, spare tire & carrier, power awning, aluminum wheels, solar battery charger with 5000w inverter, 5 solar panels 1 for DC 4 for ac(120), 2 slide outs. Clean title in hand Attached Blue book is not accurate since it has a 5000W inverter and does not give that option as well as the price per sollar panell.
