Used only in residential setting. It has been a good reliable mower. Metal deck, sealed wheel bearings variable speed transmission, and a quality reliable Honda engine. I only used Mobile synthetic oil and changed it every fall. Three weeks ago it was completely serviced at Croft’s in Bountiful. It’s ready to go and provide years of service.
