VenmoVIDEOS - Shedaisy is an 8-year-old quarter horse mare standing at 14 hands tall. She is grade, but you can verify her age by her teeth. She has plenty of hip and strength to carry any load or person all day in the mountains. She has rock hard black feet and doesn’t get sore, even barefoot. She comes from a pack string and is very quiet to load and follows extremely well behind the lead horse. She doesn’t tug or pull on the line or ride the horse too close in front of her. No spook. We started riding her, and she has done well, and she even neck reins, but the people before us just packed her (so she obviously had more training when she was younger). She has more whoa than go. I haven’t had her for very long, but she shows lots of promise. I think that she would be a fantastic trail horse. She can be a little hard to catch because she was kept in a giant pasture, but she has really warmed up to us quickly. She stands very well to saddle and get on and off, but she is touchy with her ears, just needs a good home to build trust.
