All items are heavy duty wrought iron. This isn't a cheap metal kind of set. Chairs swivel and rock back-and-forth. High end set and very hard to find with these type of chairs.

Underneath is a black powder-coated color. This is red with a distressed black color throughout the set. (Hard to show in photos - in person you're able to see it more).
