I have a 10x20 detached garage on the side of my house for rent. It was built directly on the concrete slab so it leaks from the bottom when it rains but the roof and sides are in good shape. I have some plastic pallets if you want to store items off of the floor. Otherwise it would be a great unit for storing a car, side by side, ATV, etc. No food items are allowed.
