Keyence IM-7030 Instant Measurement System for sale. This system is in excellent condition and fully functional. It has been used in a controlled environment and is well maintained. Selling because it was replaced with a new system.
The IM-7030 is a high-speed optical measurement system capable of measuring multiple dimensions in seconds with excellent repeatability. It is ideal for first article inspection, production checks, and high throughput environments.
System includes: Keyence IM-7030 base unit Measurement stage Controller and software Standard lenses and accessories currently configured All cables and power connections. Also paid for the CAD import (to allow you to program off of a dxf), and programming in offline mode. These dongles cost approximately $4500 and are being included in the sale
Key features: Fast measurement of up to hundreds of dimensions in seconds Simple part placement with automatic detection High accuracy and repeatability for production inspection User-friendly software with programmable measurement routines Ideal for machined parts, turned components, and small precision features
