HONEST DISCLOSURE: This is an 18-year-old off-road trailer being sold as-is. Garage stored its entire life and unused for the past four years. As a result, the fridge, furnace, water heater, and water pump would benefit from basic recommissioning maintenance before use. The winch limit switches are functional but not fine-tuned — the roof raises and lowers reliably with manual switch control. There is some delamination on the front panel that has been sealed. Shore power charging has not been fully diagnosed.
