The 2026 Yacht House 18 x 75 Shared Owner Houseboat is a spacious and luxurious vessel, designed to accommodate large groups comfortably. It features 9 stand-up bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and offers 4 main deck staterooms as well as 4 lower-level stand-up cuddy cabins.
Basic Build
The houseboat is constructed with an all-aluminum hull using 190 5052 Marine Alloy for superior strength and durability. The deck and the Hull structure are made entirely of aluminum, eliminating the use of wood or fiberglass. The boat is equipped with an aluminum boarding ramp and features new yacht-style glass windows. The cabin structure includes a reinforced roof with a hand-laid fiberglass coating, a comprehensive insulation package for comfort, and flooring options in vinyl tile for a wood plank look without te upkeep. The cuddies have walls that are 6 foot 8 inches for added head space, and all bedrooms offer standing height. Beaching plates and pull out aluminum ramp are included for shore access.
Amenities
The upper level boasts an additional master suite with a private bathroom and a seperate powder room for guests. There is an upper-level cook and prep area with a sink, ice maker, and upright refrigerator/freezer, complemented by a stainless steel appliance package. Climate control is provided by central air conditioning on the lower level and a split AC/heat pump system for the upstairs pod. Other features include insulated glass windows, pleated shades, all-LED cabin lighting, a padded yacht ceiling, an upper deck TV with a locking cabinet, glass shower doors, a 24-foot party top constructed from aluminum and fiberglass, LED yacht lighting on the party top, and a wet slide for added enjoyment. A davit port winch to load PWCs on the upper deck and windlass winches for anchor line management.
Kitchens
The houseboat is equipped with a Gas Stoven and oven, dishwasher, two ice makers (one on each level), a wet bar with sink and refrigerator, solid hardwood cabinets, and solid surface countertops in both kitchens.
Safety Features
Built according to ABYC standards and featuring USCG-compliant wiring, each boat undergoes a full marine survey by an independent surveyor. Safety equipment includes CO2 detectors in all sleeping areas, a depth finder, and a 32-inch rail system on both lower and upper decks. All USCG required saftey gear on board. Additional safety and operational features include voltage isolation transformers, a remote spotlight, two ship-to-shore VHF radios, a backup monitor, upgraded plastic deck edge, LED yacht lighting on the cabin exterior, docking lights, and underwater rear transom lights.
Mechanical Systems
The vessel is powered by two Merc Cruiser 200hp I/O motors, with dual engine mounts and controls as well as dual upper helm controls. It includes electronic shift and throttle, a lake water draw system, and a water maker. For a back-up water supply, there is a 150-gallon freshwater tank for redundancy and a 40-gallon water heater. Power needs are met by two 23kW Westerbeke generator sets with installation kits, an inverter with six batteries for backup power, a 400-gallon E/Gen fuel tank, and a separate 400-gallon 91-octane toy tank.
