These vacuums last forever! There is a screw missing in the bottom that changes the steering abilities. I’m sure it can be fixed, but it’s never bothered me enough to fix it. A piece of the cord was chewed by my puppy, but it still works without any problems. Normally preowned Kirby Ultimates are priced over $600. High Quality vacuum for a fraction of the price!
