For sale is a Week 28 ownership share in Canyon Cabana, a 75’ x 18’ Starlite luxury houseboat located on Lake Powell. This is a one prime week-per-year plus offseason use equity ownership interest, consistent with most Lake Powell houseboat ownership models. Week 28 is a prime mid-summer week, ideal for warm water, long daylight hours, and peak lake conditions.

2026 Use Dates Friday, July 10 – Friday, July 17, 2026 Check-on: Friday at 2:00 PM (AZ time) Check-off: Following Friday at 8:00 AM (AZ time) Exact dates vary annually; Week 28 always begins on the 28th Friday of the year.

Future maintenance, repairs, and upgrades are determined annually by the ownership group.
