I purchased this birch wood table and four chairs for my nephew as a gift for his new apartment that he was going to move into last August; but wound up him roommate had a larger table that the roommate wanted to use instead of this one.

As the pictures show, it is in excellent like-new condition. It has two leafs that fold up and down on the edges of the table that turn it from an oblong into a round table.

The measurements of the table are 40" round when both leafs are up; and 27" wide (and 40 inches long) when both leafs are dropped down. It is 30" tall, the standard table height.

I paid $229.00 + tax for this table and its 4 chairs on sale; so my asking price of $95.00 for basically a new table is a VERY good value!
