No alterations made other than lining the sleeves so they weren't sheer, and a removable piece of fabric across the back for a little more coverage. Only worn for pictures. I am 5'8" and it touched the ground perfectly. Bottom skirt has several layers and is heavy. Beautiful for a summer wedding. I will include the jeweled ribbon sash and headband as well if you'd like them. Dress comes in a Torrid garment bag. Pick up in north American Fork.
