This heavy-duty 55-gallon steel drum features original stencil markings from the military contractor, Texas Instruments Equipment Group, dated 1973.

Likely used for transporting sensitive military electronics or hardware. Classic military-style olive drab finish. Solid steel construction, much thicker and more durable than modern barrels. In as found condition, no major rust thru, lots of water deposits.

55-gallon size (approx. 35" tall x 23" wide).
