It runs but the gear box gears need replacement. I recently put in a new bushing and it runs until it gets cold enough that the gears cannot keep up to push out the ice. Would be great for parts or even repair it. It was a good machine and the ice was great. It is time for another vinegar cleaning to remove hard water deposits. asking $25 obo
