My dad designed these solid oak cases to hold two types of firearms: Thompson machine guns and Browning 1919s. Could easily be repurposed to hold toys, tools, or other items. Quality construction with dovetail joints, brass hardware, and a lock.

The Thompson case is symmetrical and more versatile, because the 3/4" dividers can be removed. Interior dimensions: 10 7/8" wide, 34 1/8" long (33.5" accounting for hardware), 10.75" deep; 20.75" section nearest where the gunstock would go, 8 7/8" middle section, 2 7/8" end section. Shallow compartments are 2 3/8" deep.

The 1919 case is asymmetrical and the partitions are fixed except for one slat designed to secure the gun barrel. Interior dimensions: 9 3/8" wide, 42" long, 9.5" deep. 11 3/8" compartment nearest the stock, 8.5" second compartment, 12" third compartment, 7 7/8" final compartment.

Exterior dimensions of the Thompson case are 36 1/2" X 12" x 12 1/2" (fifteen for sale). Asking $175 each.

The 1919 cases measure 44 1/2" x 11 1/8"x 11" on the outside (ten for sale). Asking $150 each.
