VenmoWe have been Airbnb hosts for over 10 years and are accustomed to having people living with us but ready for a change. Moving forward, I'd like to not have to hastle with changeovers, messaging guests, reviews, etc. so, having you live in our basement will save me a bunch of time and energy with Airbnb management. This space is below our family home so, some noise will transfer and I'll need access to the washer and dryer. That said, the basement is quite spacious with plenty of natural light. There's two bedrooms (one where you enter the space), a bathroom, a kitchette/laundry, living room, and dining space.
