Beautiful bunk house camper for the whole family and more! Sleeps 9+. Taken care of with all the kinks worked out.

750 Lb tongue weight and just under 7000 lbs dry. Electric Stabilizer and tongue jack. Slike out gives you a bunch of room and the interior with the "barrel" vaulted ceiling makes it feel very spacious. Outdoor kitchen and bunk room inteh back with its own door and dinnette.

Things needed: 3 matched rims are aluminum and great. The fourth rim is steel (I needed it fixed for a trip and they only had steel rims in stock). The matching rim is around $150. The electric awning is tearing at the edges and will probably need to be replaced. The rear leaf springs may be losing their arch. I have replacements that will come with the trailer.

The suspension is has new parts. The trailer comes with an Anderson anti-sway, anti-bounce weight distribution system that comes with a hitch and ball. TV comes with and I have another screen if you want one.

This camper is good condition inside and out. 30 amp system, cold AC, 4 seasons insulation, 6v battery system.
