As the pictures show, and verified by the makers label on the inside of the drawer, this is a Roger Conant Furniture Company (Conant Ball series) solid maple end table that has two folding leafs and a single drawer to expand the surface area.
This table is VERY rare; as not too many of these end leaf tables were made.
My parents purchased it around the 1957 time frame from a furniture store in Indianapolis, IN to be used in their den with their reading chair.
The table, leafs, legs, drawer, etc. are in GREAT condition for being literally 69 years old. They show NO abuse, just a couple of very small finish scrapes.
If you look online, you will find less detailed and without the expanding surface Conant Ball end tables going for $400.00 and up. Some online sellers are asking over $1,500.00 for a pair of Conant Ball end tables. Therefore, my asking price of $165.00 for this table is a GREAT value.
You can't even buy a decent made in China end table; that isn't solid wood; for my asking price. Here you get a true antique great quality solid maple by one of America's top furniture manufacturers in the 1950's for this price.
If interested, please call or text Randy @ 801-830-7556.
