Looking for a quiet tenant to rent one room within a quiet physical therapy clinic that resembles a spa more than a traditional PT clinic. Spine PT is a specialized physical therapy clinic that only treats pain connected with the spine. We don’t have any exercise equipment. Our patients lie comfortably on a treatment table as we quiet their nervous system and get them out of pain. The office space is a calm, relaxing environment with modern decor. We are looking for someone that would not detract from this calm, healing environment. We have two rooms to choose from- one without a window ($600/month and is approx 12’x10’) and one with a window ($650/month approx 10’x9’). You can choose which room works better for you. We are only looking to rent one of these rooms.

**minimum 6 month lease but prefer 12 months. **$600 security deposit and first month rent needed before move in.

What is included:\

1. All utilities (gas, electric, water, internet) included\
2. NO HOA fees.\
3. Can have your clients wait in our modern waiting room. Spine PT has complimentary snacks and drinks for our clients. If you would like to have your clients have access to these items, I would just have you pay an additional $25/month. \
4. Only minutes off I-15 and 90th south in sandy (across from classic skate)\
5. Break room with microwave, fridge, sink, (can give you cupboard space if you would like. )\
6. Security cameras. \
7. Vacuuming your office (you will need to remove your own trash)
