Last year's calves are ready for sale. If you need a few to pasture to grow your own beef, then these can't be beat. I have some nice steers for fattening, as well as some heifers that could be fattened or bred. They are Aberdeen(Lowline) Angus crossed with Highland. I've had excellent results fattening and butchering this cross. Aberdeen / Lowline Angus are considered the most efficient breed available and yield the highest meat to waste ratio of any breed. Highlands are known for yielding excellent beef whether you finish on just grass or choose to grain. The cross has proved to be some of the best beef I've raised. No horns to deal with and these are gentle and easy to work. I have 3 steers and 3 heifers. If wanting heifers for breeding, I will obtain the bangs vaccination. $2000 obo.
