Venmo1/2 Beef for sale. scheduled to go in next week. Holstein steer, 2 yrs old, grass fed. price is calculated on hanging weight after he is skinned and dressed. (roughly 350 lbs give or take) $4.50/Lb. We split the kill fee and brand inspection ($75 roughly)This is paid to me. I will deliver the steer to Daisy Pac in Garland (butcher) and then you pay the butcher directly for cut and wrap fees. They will walk you through the process and help you choose how you want your meat, i.e. steaks, roasts, Jerky, hamburger, etc. I am happy to explain more details. call/text if interested. I need to finish up the details by noon on Monday. First come first served. Great price, Great Meat Our farm is located West of Smith and Edwards in Ogden.
