The Monster Hip Thruster Bench is a padded crossmember attachment designed specifically for use within the 43” space of a Rogue Monster Series rack or rig. Shipped fully assembled, this easy-install bench includes steel channels at each end which securely attach to your uprights using a pair of provided 1” Monster detent pins. After a workout, the bench is equally simple to take down and stow.
Constructed from a 2x4" 11-gauge steel tube with 5/16” thick formed steel endplates. Around the tube is a U-shaped, vinyl-covered pad that’s 2.25" thick on the top and 1.5" thick on the sides—offering additional protection from contact with any hard steel surfaces as you train
