VenmoLooking for a roommate to share this 3 bedroom two bath home I am renting. Everything here is pretty new and up to date. Its a pretty open floor plan space with hardwood throughout. There are two rooms to choose from but one is definitely better for a bedroom than the other. The other could be used as an office or storage. The second bathroom is also brand new and is located just across the living room from the bedroom. There is enough driveway space to park two more cars next to mine. The backyard is cozy and the grass was reseeded and properly maintained. Move in date would be June 1st and I am home most days to show you around.
Must be a clean and organized person, I am 31 years old and I am a full time wheelchair user so clutter is a no go. Same goes for the kitchen, just take care of things as you go. I work from home and if I'm not home I am in class and typically I am a very quiet person. Pros would be another career oriented person or fellow engineer. We will split the rent down the middle as well as utilities. You MUST have good credit and bank statements to provide to the landlord so he can approve you after me.
