CON-blows a little bit of mixed blue white smoke only when revved. All other times zero smoke.

Garage kept, not been used for dunes/mountains for roughly 11+ years and counting. Here and there I ride it to get the mail/take my 1 year old on a cruise around the block. All other times it’s parked. Maybe from not riding it often caused it to smoke? Not sure, I’ve never had this issue before.
