I’ve owned this for a few years and it’s mostly gone unused. Purchased like-new from an individual in Millcreek. Great condition, love the couch, just looking to downsize a bit.
High quality, heavy-duty, solid wood frame construction. Built to last a lifetime! Duck cloth/canvas type fabric. Couch and Pull-out bed in excellent condition. includes mattress if desired and matching leather-topped rolling ottoman. No issues with the sofa frame, ottoman rolls smooth, fabric overall is probly 8/10 with minor spotting of the couch fabric/could be removed. Pull out bed has been utilized 3 times since I have owned it the last 3 years, frame and mattress appear new.
